didn't go to school today. my sore throat got worse yesterday. i was coughing madly.my mum did some chinese massage till my back's full of red angry spots. really ugly. took some medicine after lunch. felt so sleepy when i was bathing. i almost fell asleep while shampooing. felt really weak.
studied quite a lot of words today. left with a few chapters for sec 3 chinese words. hope to finish by friday.
i'm always procrastinating. i really need to sit down and study. mye and my chinese o level paper is drawing near. time is slipping away really quickly. hai.

sports day 05

it's the sports day!!! ahaha.
i took part in the 800m, 1500m, 4x100m and 4x400m races this year.
ran 800m and 1500m on monday. i think i did okay. did personal beat for 800m again. 3.04sec. did my 800m on last sunday during the SAAA. i did a P.B that day too. from my previous 3.30+ to 3.05 then on monday a 3.04. not bad la. my 1500m was quite an easy race. i got quite a good lead. the timing for that race was 7.03. not very fast.. i got first for both events.
today, i went to CCK staduim. i don't know but i don't feel the excitement. kinda pathetic. went to do my warm up alone then asha and vanessa joined me. did some stretchings then drills then some accelerations. charline was almost late to report for her 100m race. we were kinda freaked out. thank god she made it on time. but she suffered a pull on her hamstring. for our 4x100 team, first runner was me, followed by vanessa, asha lastly charline. i don't know how i did for my 100m, but we didn't make it. we got 4th. kinda disappointed.. but we tried our best.. next was 4x400m. vanessa was frist, then asha, charline and me. van started off a little slower than expected, but later charline caught up and got 3rd, then i ran and caught up and got 2nd. tricia's really strong. i admit my defeat.
i took home 4 prizes. 800m, 1500m, 4x400m and individual championship.
really overjoyed that i got the individual champ. it's like part of my aim and ambition to get it since i started running. sad part was, we didn't get the class championship. but i think 4/2 deserves it much more than us. i still do not see the unity in 4/1. we are still scattered. haiz.
after that, i went out for lunch with conan and ryn. we had seoul garden. we ate from 2.30 to 5. goodness!! ahaha. i was so bloated. we took lots of crap. after that, they went to catch a movie. be cool.
i went to roxy and bought a wallet. it's quite pretty.
lol. 3/1 pratically swept 1/4 of the prizes on the prize table. haha.. with the runners in their class, they do not have to worry at all. hehhh..
